When you hustle for work in the morning along the streets whether in your own car or in a public transport, you are one of good-hearted workers who work in offices, factories etc. And in your mind you suddenly catch a thought that you don’t have a slightest desire to go to work. Each person experiences this feeling at least once in a life time. There is nothing terrifying about that! However if this feeling stays with you constantly - in the morning, in the afternoon and even at night, and this feeling is connected to sore symptoms - absence of appetite, headache, high level of anxiety, flabbiness or apathy - do not immediately head for a drugstore sweeping all vitamins, antibiotics and other drugs that you find in your way. The reason for this feeling can be not in viral or other infection that ostensibly tortures you, but the enemy which is not less dangerous - the Professional (Emotional) Burnout Syndrome.
