The edition provides practical experience in conducting surveys and implementation of projects of several Siberian Far Eastern organizations that participated in the project “Development of the Network of public organizations of Siberia and Far East working in the sphere of prevention of HIV-infection” with the support of CAF/DFID. The goal of collecting the information was to assess level of knowledge, attitude and behavior of the target groups in the sphere of HIV-infection. Target groups: difficult-to-reach social population groups (injection drug users, MSM, sex-workers, inmates)
