The publication contains description of the approach towards fighting with HIV/AIDS. There are also possibilities of its practical realization in Russian regions. Detailed information is provided on Altai Region and Volgograd Region - on experience in forming and implementing complex approach, including work within the frames of the project “Complex strategies of fighting the spread of HIV/AIDS among the youth of the Russian Federation”. Recommendations are given on how to apply the experience of these regions in practice. The publication will be of use for white-collar workers, specialists of healthcare and social protection departments, representatives of non-governmental organizations involved into fighting against HIV/AIDS, as well as to other interested people and organizations.
