This manual provides the technology of mass information campaigns (from idea to evaluating results), the purpose of which is to prevent HIV/AIDS and to change behavior of target groups. The manual sums up experience of the information campaigns that had been conducted abroad and in different regions of Russia. There are examples of the experience gained. Annexes contain wide practical material that will assist the reader in planning and implementing one’s own information campaigns.
