This report was developed within the frames of a joint project UNESCO/UNAIDS in 2002-2003. The goal of the report is to provide all-round analysis of the situation with the spread of HIV epidemic in Russia, to assess the impact of cultural peculiarities in various regions, to define key cultural peculiarities and set direction of activities.
