This manual was developed for organizations providing services to injection drug users. It provides description of a wide range of interventions that can be conducted among injection drug users: from recommendations on safe methods of taking drugs to rehabilitation and resocialization programs. The manual may be of interest to injection drug users themselves, their friends and relatives, medical workers, militia men and officials, who face the issue of drug abuse.
