This manual is on developing information materials and is aimed at those who are new to this sphere or who already have some work experience. We hope that everyone will find something useful. The authors made an attempt to summarize the experience gained by the Information Department of the Harm Reduction Project in Moscow (1997-2000), as well as the present international experience.
