It is important to raise knowledge about dangers of getting infected with HIV/AIDS and STD, about modes of prevention. The challenge occurring in this process of dissemination of information is the closed type of MSM-communities. The person who possesses the information but is not a member of a community, will not be able to bring this information to the addressee. Consequently, the work with the concrete society may effectively be conducted only through its representatives. This idea is the basic of the program “peer to peer”.
