The models that were included into this Collection are reflective of the systematic approach towards organizing activities on responding to social abandonment and on developing kinds of family upbringing. Also they are reflective of the specifics of work on regional and town levels, as well as on the level of each particular establishment. Pivotal meaning for the formation of families for children lies in models of conducting information campaigns to involve civil society into providing opportunity for social orphans to live in normal families. The Collection was developed especially for staff at national and local governmental establishments, specialists at organizations and departments involved into prevention of social development, and for scientific staff.
