I am Kevin C. Hall, the Founder of The Dream Farm. By the year 2010, it is estimated that there will be 25,000,000 children orphaned by AIDS. What I want to do is create a prototype community where people are empowered to adopt children orphaned by AIDS and lead happy, balanced lives so that they can be close to and serve as models for their children. Ideally, a large population of children, currently without hope, will be cared for, raised and nurtured as The Dream Farm is replicated in new locations.
