This document is the result of joint undertaking of International Labor Organization and its partners within the frames of trilateral cooperation. The document aims at providing adequate work conditions in the situation of humanitarian catastrophe and development crisis. The document is a novelty. It reveals existing problems and forecasts possible consequences of the epidemic and its influence on the sphere of labor. By using the Collection of practical rules of ILO one may be able to provide more effective support for national and international activities to protect rights and dignity of employees and all people living with HIV/AIDS.
