In July 2002 the Office of the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights conducted a meeting of the group of experts with the goal to review “International guiding principles on the issue of human rights connecting to HIV/AIDS”. In the result of the meeting the guiding principle 6 on “Access to prevention, treatment, care and support” will help governments to develop special policy and practice aimed at implementation of the protection of the human rights.
