Final report on the monitoring conducted by Moscow Helsinki Group - profound study with commentaries from medical specialists, lawyers, sociologists, representatives of public organizations. Great emphasis is made on results of questionnaire of risk groups during which they were provided with an opportunity to express their problems and hopes. The Annexes contain laws, instructions, regulations connected to the life of people living with HIV, treatment, and benefits. There are also references given.
