These guiding principles - is the result of half-century experience in international bodies in the sphere of human rights and 15-year-experience in overcoming challenges connected to HIV/AIDS. The main objective for today is to consolidate efforts in the sphere of HIV/AIDS and human rights through providing AIDS service organizations with effective instruments to overcome problems arising in the sphere of human rights, education and training on the issue of HIV/AIDS for representatives of NGOs.
