These two organizations decide to join efforts and to assist healthcare services. A decision was made to create in both organizations the necessary capacity capable of supplying their personnel with safe and adequate labor conditions with the goal to prevent further spread of human immune deficiency virus and other hemo-contact infections, as well as raising quality of services provided to patients.
