“Greater involvement of people living with HIV” - is not a project or a program. It is a principle to put into practice rights and responsibilities of people living with HIV, including their rights for self- definition and participation in decision making process, that have impact on their lives. Within the frames of such efforts this principle is aimed at improving quality and increase effectiveness of measures to AIDS response.
