This document informs about existing laws, policy and best practice concerning the rights of migrants for health, as well as about care, treatment, support and prevention of HIV/AIDS/STDs and saving reproductive health. The document applies existing frames of laws and policy to analyze ethical and economical parameters and considers impact of globalization and consequences of the politics on the migrants` health. In the end of the document there are recommendations to develop policy with the goal to improve migrants` state of health.
