From July till September, 2011, the "Scheme" project numbered 403 injecting drug users, detained and delivered to the specialized Detention Center in Irkutsk, Angarsk, and Bratsk. Each client received a counseling session on the issues of preserving health and 424 people were referred to the trusted doctors. 
Staff of Operational Search Detachment № 3 became new partners of the project, where the RRC Irkutsk Oblast branch trainer conducted training sessions on occupational contagion prevention of HIV.
