The last week of February a range of monitoring visits took place: by the project “National potential reinforcement of State Organizations and no-State Organizations in rendering services to prevent HIV between women, sex workers. Its donor is UNFPA (United Nations Organization in the field of population). Within the framework of monitoring visit Irina Maslova, project’s coordinator in St. Petersburg, arrived in Irkutsk, as well as Anna Tsiulina, representative of UN drugs and criminality department. She works also in the project “Direction scheme of drug users for the medical preventative help”.
