Today (February 1) is a significant date for Irkutsk Branch of Red Cross!
Exactly 7 years back in 2003, the program “Expanded care for people living with HIV/AIDS started.
During this time our specialists and volunteers try every day to relieve people suffers, to make their lives a bit better! For program realization time a great number of people (about 5000, including children) became our clients. The hot line of HIV/AIDS questions had much more clients. We are pride of our work and of the fact that we help people to manage their problems!
