The round table meeting “Clear town. Drugs, alcoholism and tobacco smoking prevention” took place on February 4, 2010. About 50 people assisted on it, including: mass media, noncommercial social organizations and rehabilitation centers’ representatives, deputies of Irkutsk Region Legislative Assembly and others. A lot of different questions were raised on the round table: the need of curfew introduction in the town, the rise of excise tax on alcohol production, the necessity of housing and public utilities reformation and others.
Romanov prepared instructions to overview the results of the round table to Regional and Municipal Administrations and promised to organize a number of such round tables meetings.
