On April 15, 2010 Irkutsk Oblast Branch of Russian Red Cross organizes an out event for children of Irkutsk orphan homes ((№2, №3) in the framework of the project "Rendering of psyco-social aid for children-orphans" with financial support from Fund "Russian Public Health Care". Children will visit the Aquarium "Baikal seal" where they will see a show. Red Cross psycologists will pass a lesson "Draw a seal".
