The spread of HIV-infection is a special topic. This problem long ago became a national-level problem, and Irkutsk Region leads the list of those with prevalence rate. Despite a great number of various federal and local programs, the situation is not drastically changing. We see the way out in providing the youth and adults with as much information as possible so that they use it in daily life.
