These standards inform you on general approaches towards setting up the system of case management in the sphere of HIV-infection for target groups. There are also recommendations on how to follow these standards. These recommendations were developed with the goal to provide support to all specialists who work with vulnerable target groups, in particular: injection drug users, sex workers and inmates.
