Target group: Women, including women with children in difficult life situations.
Aim: Rendering of emergency aid to women in difficult life situations or in socially dangerous situations by providing them with temporary shelter, direct complex aid, urgent decision of medico – psychological and social problems. 

On 02/01/2010 in the framework of the project “Reinforcement of national potential of Governmental Organizations and no-Governmental Organizations on rendering complex services to women with high risk behavior in Irkutsk region” the Crisis apartment for women in difficult life situations began to work. The Crisis apartment specialists render next free services:
• Social case-management of women needing for social assistance in governmental healthcare institutions and in social protection board;
• Providing women needing for temporary shelter with available, well-timed and effective assistance;
• Providing with necessary home attributes and hygienic means during stay in temporary shelter;
• Individual and many-sided diagnostic consultations aimed at revealing of actual problems and psychological stress degree, assistance in their solution;
• Assistance in decision making of turnabout or creation of new conditions for future vital activity in family, at work or in another ambience.
